We start with you at the the planning/drafting phase and we act as your concierge, coordination liaison until move in day arrives.  First we complete a full assessment of your new home's interior and exterior design needs, we review and make recommendations to enhance your architectural plans adding unique, customized design elements based upon your needs and wants for your home, both current and future.  Throughout the design-build process , we will assist in selecting all finish materials according to budget, preferences and create specification sheets for your builder.  As your home comes to life we are with you every step of the way, conducting proactive collaboration meetings, numerous site visits, and conveying open communication between architect, builder, designer and you the homeowner.  We want to ensure your vision has a cohesive flow and is everything you dreamed it would be.
